Availability Requests and
Reservations: On our site, on the reservation page, you can reserve on-line
and pay with a credit card.
In the case of not finding availability immediately, send us an Availability
Request form or contact us and we will try to satisfy your request.
The reservation is considered complete only when the client receives the
reservation confirmation via telephone or fax from Belmonte Case Per
Vacanze Srl.
Price: The price of the stay is
determined by the tariff indicated on our site on the “Prices” page, by
apartment and period, save possible promotions and offers.
Terms of payment: At reservation a
payment of 30% of the total packet price of the package is requested, even
if relative to a period subject to promotion.
At the time of reservations for "Last Minute" offers, for daily stays, the
payment must be 50% of the price and completed at check-in.
In case it is not possible to pay the deposit, payment will be made in-full
at the time of Check-in. In the case of payment being made by Bank Transfer
or Vaglia Postale (Money Order), a copy of the receipt must be sent
to Belmonte Case Per Vacanze Srl via fax or e-mail within 48 ore from
the time of reservation confirmation; otherwise the reservations will be
automatically annulled by the system. The balance must be paid in cash or
credit card at the time of Check-in.
Payment method: If the client
doesn’t make the reservation directly on-line, he can choose from the
following payment methods for which he will receive all necessary details
and information: Credit card with Paypal System, bank transfer, or Money
Order.
Client Cancellation: The client has
the right to annul his reservation at any, however will be subject to the
following penalties, which will be considered as having been read and
accepted the time of reservation confirmation:
- If the client cancels his reservation more than 51 days prior to his
arrival, there is no penalty and any deposit paid will be returned in whole;
- if the client cancels his reservation from 50 to 30 days prior to the
arrival date, a penalty is equal to the down-payment made at the time of the
reservation:
- if the client cancels his reservation from 29 to 15 days before the date
of arrival, the penalty is 50% of the overall value of his stay.;
- in the case where the client cancels his reservation from 14 to 8 days
prior to his arrival date, the penalty is 75% of the total value of his
stay;
- in the case where the client cancels his reservation in the 7 days
proceeding his arrival date, or his cancellation is not communicated
(no-show), 100% of the total value of the stay will be charged. |
