Availability request and booking

• On our web site, on the page, "on line booking", it is possible to check the availability and book your holiday directly on-line, paying the required deposit. You will pay for it during the on-line reservation if you want to use your credit card. If you prefer a different method we will send you all the codes and details you need to pay the deposit. As soon as you confirm the on-line reservation, you will receive a resuming e-mail. Then you will be contacted by our staff for further useful information.
• If you favourite apartment type is not available during the period you have chosen for you holiday, please fill and send us the contact form. We will try to satisfy your request.
• The reservation procedure is concluded only when you receive the booking confirmation by email or fax from Belmonte Case per Vacanze Srl, together with the copy of the deposit invoice.

Price

• The total amount of your stay is determined by the rates indicated on the page "prices", according to the apartment type, the period, Promotions and offers.
• You will be asked to pay a 150,00€ caution at the check-in time. It will be given back at the release of the flat (except for damages).
• Prices include: water, electricity, final cleaning, bed linen (change weekly), private parking, use of swimming pool with hydro massage (Jacuzzi), use of kids pool, deck chairs and beach umbrellas, games for children.
• Prices don't include: bath towels, highchair for children, baby cot or small bed for children, air conditioning/heating, Tennis court, Internet WI-FI connection, mountain-bike.

Method of payment

You have the possibility to choose one of the following method of payment:

• Credit card: you can pay by credit card on our web site through the on-line reservation procedure, or at the check-in time when you are asked to pay the balance.
• Paypal system: you can use this easy and safe method just receiving a simple request by email (for further information visit the official site of Paypal (www.paypal.com)
• Bank Wire transfer: if you prefer this method of payment, we will send you all the codes and details you need to send us a bank transfer.
• Postal order: if you prefer to use the postal order, we will send you all the information you are asked to know.

The client will receive all the information he needs to make the payment with one of this system.

Terms of payment

• At the payment act the client has to give us the 30% of the total price, even if the period is subjected to promotion. You will be asked to pay the balance at the check-in time.
• In case of "Last Minute" or daily stay, you will be asked to pay the 50% of the total price at the reservation. Then you will pay the balance at the chek-in time.
  If for some reason, you cannot settle the deposit, you will pay the total price at the check-in time.
• If you want to pay the deposit with a Bank wire transfer or with postal order, you are asked to send to Belmonte Case per Vacanze srl the copy of the transfer receipt through fax or email within 48 hours from the booking confirmation, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled automatically by the system.
• The balance will be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc…) at the check-in time. Any other method of payment is not accepted.

Renunciation of the client

The client can cancel his reservation, however he will be subject to the following penalties that we presume the client to have read at the reservation act:

• If the client cancels the reservation before 51 days of the arrival date, any penalty is due and the deposit will be entirely returned;
• If the client cancels the reservation, from 50 to 30 days before the arrival date, he will pay a penalty equal to the deposit given at the reservation act;
• If the client cancel the reservation from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date, he will have to pay a penalty equal to the 50% of the entire price of the stay;
• If the client cancel the reservation from 14 to 8 days before the arrival date, the client will have to pay a penalty equal to the 75% of the entire price of the stay;
• If the client cancel the reservation within 7 days form the arrival date or the cancellation won't be communicated (no-show), the client will have to pay the entire price of the stay.
