Residence Farmhouse Belmonte is made up of 29 apartments – each restored and furnished in Tuscan style, with terracotta tiles and wooden beams, with enhancements and accessories in perfect rural style, using natural materials and faithfully respecting the design of the house of a time long ago.

The apartments, of various sizes, are made up of spacious bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub or shower, spacious living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, refrigerator and every accessory and are furnished with satellite TV, alarm system, fire/sprinkler system, heat and air conditioning.

Two-room (3+2 pax) nearly 45 m2 made up of double bedroom plus an additional single bed, living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, kitchenette and a bathroom.

Three-room (4+2 pax) nearly 65 m2 made up of double bedroom plus an additional single bed, a bedroom with two single beds, living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, kitchenette and a bathroom.

Three-room plus (5+2 pax)* nearly 80 m2 made up of two double bedrooms and an additional bed, living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, kitchenette and two bathrooms.

Four-room (6+2 pax)* nearly 95 m2 made up of two double bedrooms and a single bedroom or additional bed in the mezzanine (loft), living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, kitchenette and a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with a shower.

All apartments have an independent entrance, balcony or garden, and thanks to their structure, guaranteed privacy and tranquillity in case our guests want to have lunch or dinner in the garden or on the balcony
